BRENTFORD will still be smarting from their live defeat to Huddersfield last weekend.

The Bees' trip to west Yorkshire was beamed live on Sky and, rather than be embarrassed like Blues were to the same opponents this month, they were unlucky not to leave the Galparm with at least a point.

Gary Alexander netted twice as they raced into a two-goal lead but the game changed when a controversial Alan Lee goal, which included a clear infringement of the goalkeeper, was allowed to stand and spark a Terriers comeback.

Bees boss Uwe Rosler will hope the performance will mark a return to form for the west London play-off chasers ahead of the visit of Wycombe this weekend.

Brentford are without a win in seven league games and are slipping away from the top six.

Wanderers, who could field ex-Bees goalkeeper Nikki Bull, defender Danny Foster and striker Ben Strevens, have a good record in west London and are unbeaten in the last four visits.
