Beaconsfield 4-1 Romulus

BEACONSFIELD SYCOB failed to break their home jinx after a defeat to Romulus condenmed them to their fifth home league defeat of the season.

A quick fire brace from Tyrone Fagan in the 41st and 43rd minute gave the visitors a 2-0 half-time lead and left the Rams with a mountain to climb.

Seb Hamilton made it 3-0 on 68 minutes before Ryan Bernard pulled back a consolation goal for Joe Mitchell's side just a minute later.

But their home misery was confirmed with a minute to go when Hamilton completed his brace and rounded the scoring at 4-1.

The defeat leaves the Rams in 17th place in the Southern League Division One Mids and just five points away from the relegation zone.
