YES, she should resign if this HS2 goes ahead.
It would draw attention to the strong feelings in Buckinghamshire of its people's opposition to this unacceptable route through the Chilterns.
This was done very craftily and I still cannot believe trains with a decibel level of 97 and subsequent ruination of the Chilterns could be allowed. I have contributed to the fighting funds but feel helpless in this respect.
Perhaps to link them all with the ruination of beautiful Britain.
If this happens, what chance has any other area of outstanding natural beauty?

* YES, I think Cheryl Gillan should certainly resign from her cabinet post in the government and concentrate on fulfilling the pledges she made to her constituents some months ago regarding HS2.
