Chesham-Park-Snow.jpgA blanket of snow continues to come down on south Bucks after settling overnight and we want you to send us pictures of your views of the snow.
There is arguably no better sight in England than south Bucks covered in snow and with many children across the district still enjoying a day off school hundreds are taking to their gardens and local parks to enjoy the rare occasion.
We want to see your pictures. Send us snaps of you and your children enjoying the snow or simply a picturesque shot of the area by clicking here and following the simple instructions.
We will print all of your pictures and your names along with the photos our photographers are out taking this morning.

Bex-Grieve-Jordans.jpgThe rebuilt Quaker Meeting House at Jordans is to become an international Quaker resource centre drawing tourists from Pennsylvania and New England.
That's the hope of Jordans Quakers who have completed a restoration of the historic meeting house which was devastated by fire in 2005.
The plans were explained to Dominic Grieve, Beaconsfield MP, when he toured the Meeting House on Welders Lane on Friday (Dec 22).

Visitors to the Wyevale Garden Centre, London Road, Beaconsfield, were disappointed to find that by December 22, the Christmas decorations had already been taken down.
One shopper from Beaconsfield, who asked not to be named, said: "It took the wind out of my sails, but that's commercialism for you. It seemed so calculated to take the decorations down now and display furniture.
"I felt as if I'd missed out on Christmas," she said.
A spokeswoman for the Wyevale Garden Centre said that decorations were removed because the store had sold most of its Christmas stock and that it is "common practice" for garden centres to prepare for the post-Christmas sales and January gardening season before Christmas.

While most of us were tucking into a hearty Christmas lunch kind hearted nurses Margaret Ottaway and Jackie Allen worked through Christmas.
Both are nurses with Iain Rennie Hospice at Home, a charity which provides palliative care across South Bucks to enable people with terminal illnesses to spend their last days and weeks in their own homes.

It is more a case of The Twelve Displays than the Twelve Days of Christmas at Mary and All Saints Church in Beaconsfield.
The church has been beautifully and painstakingly decorated, as it is every Christmas, but this time the team of 50 or so who do it have produced something different.
Each display represents a Christmas carol, from The Holly and The Ivy to While Shepherds Watched, and not only foliage, but delicately made figures of people and animals have been used to create them.

A driver of a car which spiralled out of control and ended up on its roof this morning morning (Dec 30) escaped with his life and relatively minor injuries.

WOOLWORTHS in Beaconsfield will close it's doors for the last time on Monday, January 5.
Administrators at Woolworths announced on Monday (22/12) the closing dates for all of the 807 stores across the county. All stores will close by January 5.

After 28 successful years supporting the community, the Rotary Club of Jordans and District has recruited its first woman Rotarian.
The move is part of a pioneering new membership structure which has been specially designed to boost recruitment among younger people.
