The supermarket has struck a deal with Frontier Estates which owns the large plot of land between Station Road and Oak End Road where the store and 35 flats could be built in a development that will cost up to £10 million. If the scheme is approved by South Bucks District Council it will be built on the site of Saffron's car show room on Station Road and will mean the demolition on Oak End Way of two houses, Saffron's service centre, and Saffron's car park.
