Beaconsfield Advertiser sponsors logo comp

Posted by Julie Voyce on October 4, 2007 7:32 PM |

Beaconsfield Neighbourhood Action Group (NAG) has launched an exciting competition this month in a bid to get young people more involved in the group’s decision-making process.
The Beaconsfield NAG is looking for a new logo and is inviting young people who live or attend a school or club in Beaconsfield to show off their design skills and creativity. The competition is open to any young person aged between four and 18.
The competition is sponsored by the Beaconsfield Advertiser which is offering the winner a chance to be a journalist for the day. Other prizes include an Apple IPod, theatre tickets and Go Ape Days Out in adventure parks across the UK.

Entrants must register by the end of the month and all application forms received by the 31 October will be entered into a free draw for tickets to the X Factor Finals and tickets to two shows at the Wycombe Swan.
Each entrant will be sent a pack explaining what the Beaconsfield NAG is and some ideas on how to design the logo. It will then be up to the creativity of each young person to design a great NAG Logo by mid December.
Packs will be distributed to every school and Youth club in Beaconsfield this week and young people can collect these from their school or youth club.
