PEOPLE are urged to come along to two public meetings in October to determine which quality of life issues police and partners will focus on one year after neighbourhood policing was introduced in their areas.
Sgt Steve Slee from the Neighbourhood Policing Team said: “The Neighbourhood Action Group (NAG) will update the community about what has been achieved over the past year on the priorities of speeding, fly tipping and vandalism. The community and NAG will then review the priorities together and have a vote on which issues are most important. The NAG will then address these new issues over the next year."
“
"I’d like as many people as possible to come and give us their views and ideas because without the community this will not work.
People living in Coleshill, Winchmore Hill, Penn, Forty Green and Knotty Green, will be able to meet their Neighbourhood Policing Team and NAG at Coleshill Village Hall on Thursday, October 4, at 7pm.
Another meeting, for people living in Chalfont St Giles, Seer Green and Jorands, will take place at Chalfont St Giles Infant School on Monday, October 29, at 7pm.
