On Tuesday, June 5, Denham Golf Club is playing host to the famous Terry Wogan Golf Day. Denham Golf Club, par 70, is a lush parkland golf course that plays 6456yds from the championship tees and proves a tough round for any standard of golf.
The legendary Sir Terry Wogan himself shall be participating alongside a few more famous representatives.
The Buckinghamshire Foundation hopes to raise funds at least equal to the £9,000 raised at last year's event which will contribute to the charitable grants that are able to make community groups in Bucks. Entry prices for an individual golfer are £150 and for a group of four cost £600. More money can be donated by paying £100 to sponsor the Longest Drive for the Men and/or
the Ladies and the Nearest to the Pin challenge. Each hole can also be sponsored for £80. Alternatively, you may be able to provide a Raffle Prize.
The prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd team positions are vouchers to buy equipment with the amount of money based on the position you finish.
For any queries or to receive an invitation for the event, call 01296 330134.
