Pothole in Burtons Lane

On Sunday 3rd June my wife drove into a pothole in Burtons Lane, Chalfont St Giles and ruined the tyre on her car. The potholes are at the bottom end of Burtons Lane in the northbound carriageway and are at least 5 inches deep causing great danger to all forms of traffic. My wife was passing horses coming in the opposite direction at the time and was therefore only at crawling speed.
Here are pictures of the holes, which need very urgent attention. I placed a tangerine in the hole so you can better judge it’s size and depth.
