A 19 year-old who was being treated at Amersham Hospital has gone missing.
Andrew Dunne, from Milton Keynes, went missing from the hospital on Monday, April 23.
He is white, slim, 5ft 8ins, has short dark hair and brown eyes and was last seen wearing grey jeans, grey Adidas trainers, a beige sports jacket and a red baseball cap.
PC Roger Gillett, missing persons’ co-ordinator for Buckinghamshire BCU, said: “Andrew’s family are worried about him because he has been missing for several days now and does not have his medication with him. We would like to hear from anyone who has seen him since Monday or knows where he is or could be."
People should not approach Andrew if they see him but call Amersham police station on 0845 8 505 505.
